Privacy & product boundaries

The assessment works without an account; advisor handoff is optional and consent-based.

This page states the current A2 technical boundary. It is not a substitute for a final production legal privacy notice.

Assessment data

The questionnaire sends the answers you submit to the MEDOS assessment API to build a customer profile and residential asset-direction result. A2 introduces no account database and no persistent server-side store for the full questionnaire response.

Browser session storage

Your assessment draft, latest result, assessment-session identifier and advisor-handoff receipt are stored in browser session storage so you can move between the assessment and result pages during the same browser session. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

Optional human handoff

If you explicitly request advisor review and provide consent, MEDOS stores the contact name, at least one email address or phone number, preferred contact channel, consent record and a minimal assessment summary needed for follow-up. The Lead record does not copy your full questionnaire or questionnaire free-text fields.

Duplicate protection

Advisor handoff submissions use an idempotency key and request fingerprint so a retry can reuse the existing Lead instead of creating a duplicate. Reusing the same submission key with different Lead data is rejected.

Operational logging

The assessment and advisor-handoff APIs emit structured operational events such as route, request identifier, completion status and duration. Contact details and questionnaire field contents are not written into those operational log events.

Decision support

Content is decision support, not a guarantee of return, current inventory, financing terms, tax outcome, visa outcome or legal result. Live facts require current verification by the appropriate advisor or professional.

Research status

Model, research and shadow outputs remain distinguishable from formally approved metrics and from live transactional facts. Market recommendations stay withheld while no formal production residential segment source has been promoted.

Release discipline

The broader MEDOS release process remains fail-closed: incomplete blocking gates do not become release-ready simply because the assessment product line builds successfully. Production retention, access-control and legal-notice requirements remain subject to the formal release process.

Decision support before property selection.
